Intensive

Chasing wild, migratory fish; even on a short full-time basis? It's every passionate Angler's dream. Join Chris during one of our three [3] five-day / five-night immersive weekday sessions this Fall in seaside Narragansett, Rhode Island. Last week of September through the second week of October, annually. Reach out to Chris directly for specific session dates, and to reserve your spot. This is an all-inclusive destination fly fishing retreat that includes lodging, three meals per day, and five days of an elevated guided Walk & Wade fishing experience under the tutelage of a full-time Guide with over 20 years in the trade, and an intimate knowledge the local area & the related fisheries.

Call, text, or email today to inquire more about this trip with Chris, we're gonna have a ball!

Day One:  Upon arrival, settling-in, and initial meet & greet, we'll get right to work with the business of rigging rods for our afternoon & evening fishing excursions. We can also knock the dust off of any casting issues with a quick lesson if need be. A patient casting coach as well, Chris can help with technique[s] & have you slinging big, heavy streamer patterns, and making respectable saltwater casts in no time at all. After our first day excursion[s], it's back to the house for dinner, and nightly fly tying sessions for anyone interested. Bring your vise & materials, and we'll spin-up a bunch of saltwater flies to use the next day.

Days 2-5:  Rinse/Repeat.  Make no mistake, our effort[s] with Chris can be intense, but we always urge our clients "at your own pace & comfort-level." We're at the beach in the Fall, it's beautiful here, and this is supposed to be fun! The rest of the session will be loaded with similar days. Up & out early-ish with a mid-day break before heading back again for afternoon, and evening excursions. We will live and breathe the tides, the sand, the wind, and the fishing. We'll watch the weather closely, and take full advantage of all the local estuaries & beaches available to us in the region; kind-of exactly why Chris chose Narragansett, RI.

Our location in South County, RI is situated between the northeast saltwater fly-rod Meccas of Cape Cod, MA and Montauk, NY. It also has a variety of options to provide the best possible conditions for our Anglers on the majority of our excursions. We'll have the ability to set ourselves up with favorable tide & [ever-present] wind conditions, and optimal casting situations. This is why it's Chris' go-to base for intercepting the inshore Fall migration, with four different species of fish to target on-the-fly while wading, and the chance to land the rare northeast Fall-Run Slam.
